To register and use acf444, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

Each Player may hold only one registered Account on the acf444 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. You agree to update this information promptly should any of it change.

acf444 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Account registration is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

• Providing false or misleading registration details is a material breach of these Terms.
• Accounts created using temporary email addresses or anonymising services may be subject to additional verification.
• acf444 may close any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes the account was created in contravention of these Terms.

acf444 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence)

Withdrawal requests may be held pending successful completion of KYC verification. acf444 will process submitted documents within a reasonable timeframe. Until verification is complete, deposit and wagering activity may continue subject to platform limits, but withdrawals will not be processed.

• Funds subject to active wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until those requirements are fully satisfied.

acf444 offers a range of promotional bonuses, free spins, and special offers to both new and existing players. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to real-money balance eligible for withdrawal.
• Standard wagering requirements and validity periods are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Where not stated, a default wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies over a 7-day validity period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per payment method.

• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or sports betting markets

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once (bonus abuse)
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any purpose connected with financial crime

• Registering or permitting the use of an Account by a person under 18 years of age

All content on the acf444 Platform, including but not limited to the acf444 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, text, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of acf444 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of acf444.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude acf444's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While acf444 makes every reasonable effort to maintain continuous platform availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection law.
